How does a human decide? Free will of choice.

What is choice defined as? A reaction to balance.

Does consenting by choice to suggestion of choice ignore reaction as choice to balance?

If balance defines purposes for choice; then does intent to choose among the suggested choices of others cause unintended consequences, based on the ignorance towards balance?
