Check the source of the D3, I had no idea until last week most D3 pills are derived from soy

D2 which is usually referred to as D ..there is no D just D2 and D3 ...D2 is plant ,,soy... D3 is animal no soy

The weird thing is that most D3 I've seen, including Kirkland, put soybean oil in the capsules so I was confused. Thanks for clarifying

Yes ..the weird thing is it’s very hard to find plane D which Is really D2 ..if u can find it it is plant based ..D3 is usually all u can find on shelves . I take both
