No because when you're trying to discern the difference between two pics you want them to be as similar as possible. Same angle, lighting, focus, etc. You guys really need something more than EAR LOBEZZZZ to keep pushing this weird ass angle. He doesn't need a clone/actor to know he's in overtime right now trying to save his criminal collective from prosecution. What's funny is the hands would be your best bet at proving he's a diff person because it's the one spot that never gets a touch up by the surgeon. However this ain't the one that will convince us all.
