Denied medical service - legal recourse?

I was just denied dental service because when I arrived I refused to sign a questionnaire about if I have or have had covid like symptoms. I have the manager on video clearly saying that I am being denied service for this reason. Does anyone know if I have any legal options regarding this?

I believe they have the right to deny service. You should have just answered the questionnaire and said “no” regardless if you’ve had rona symptoms or not because rona symptoms are cold and/or allergy symptoms. That’s what I do.
