If there isn't a direct download link available, I look in the Inspector (Press F12 or right-click > Inspect Element) to see where it links to the video. Some times it will link to a .mp4 that can be downloaded, but in this case it links to a blob: video that can't be downloaded in such a straight-forward manner.
blob: videos download in chunks, so you can either search for a downloader for blob videos or you can use the Network tab of the Inspector and watch for the media files and it should show a bunch of video chunks that can be downloaded and then stitched together using a program like VLC or something similar.
