Nicotine/tobacco also messes with your HPA axis and increases risk of heart disease. There are better ways to treat spike proteins.

I’m a nicotine user, and this is true. Plus it’s genuinely addictive, not to mention all the carcinogen trash that goes into mass produced cigarettes.
