Some context would be nice, where is this, and what are the soldiers doing?

I know he says it's not happening over and over, and I know about the fun meter I read your posts OP but a little more info would be nice.

OP conveniently created their own context. This is the internet, where context free videos can be used in whatever way makes you feel how the poster wants you to feel.
