The Arkansas State Medical Licensing Board is threatening the license of Dr. Robert Karas because he was using Ivermectin to treat thousands of COVID-19 patients who are or were inmates at the Washington County Jail in Fayetteville, AR. The article can be found here. If there is anyone in Northwest Arkansas, you might want to help this doctor should he decide to take the Arkansas State Medical Licensing Board to court over this issue. However, it should not take a federal judge's order to stop this kind of medical tyranny.

Also, under the PREP Act, hospitals can only use FDA approved treatments if they want to maintain their legal immunity. That's why they are prescribing Remdesivir (which doesn't work and is harmful), and using ventilators (which also don't work).
If they stick to Remdesivir and ventilators then they can't be sued. If they use any of the cheap safe effective drugs which actually work, such as ivermectin, budesonide, or HCQ triple therapy, then they lose their legal immunity.
Of course there are other reasons as well, such as the massive payments they get for every patient they stick on a ventilator who then dies, but part of the reason is the legal protection they get from the PREP Act which specifically states hospitals can only use FDA approved treatments if they want legal immunity.
