My response is slightly off topic but have a family restaurant in WA state and there are huge shortages in these kind of individual supplies including ketchup - our wholesale supply warehouses are nearly empty for the last couple of months - we are supplementing with bulk purchases from Costco and Wally's and filling small bottles but there is starting to be noticeable bare spots there too. We have gotten a special permit for a 14 year old to work as dishwasher - could find no one else willing - they are doing great.
Well I got my first real job at 14, so, sounds like things are returning to as they should be.
They need to ditch the masks though. Or make it voluntary. So sick of seeing that nonsense.
