Well, it's the best we got. You're free to look for alternatives but any moderated space will always offend some people, mods are human too. Do they act on their own feelings sometimes? Sure. Are they paid or reimbursed in any way? Nope. It is what it is my dude. You were able to voice your grievances, at least so there's that.
