I wonder if that explains the medical cannabis billboard I saw on the freeway the other day. Last I heard we only had 1 dispensary and it was for a very limited scope of illnesses. My one eyed pothead friend was tempted to give them a try but I don't think he fell under their guidelines. I figured it was just a CBD ad.
