So a friend of mine has some symptoms that could be anything. He is one of us, maybe a little more skeptical, but definitely won't take the jab and knows evil people are running things. Anyway, he isn't feeling well, no fever, but has headache, the shits and major fatigue. He knows it is likely a stomach bug, but still has concerns about it being covid. My brother and I gave him info to contact frontline doctors. If they think it's covid I will give him my HCQ while he waits for his order to arrive.
My question is, Dr. Zelenko says take treatment on suspicion, but get tested. We all know the PCR test is bullshit. I haven't seen debate about the antigen test. Is that worth getting for him? Is it even available?
What sucks the most is we know it is people getting tested that causes the cases to spike. My brother and I have said we will never get tested. But, I don't want to push our friend to not get tested and be wrong.
He has been taking Zelenko's supplement prophlyaxis for 2 weeks.
Any advice, what would you do? Hopefully frontline doctors calls him tomorrow, or he feels great by morning, he has been feeling these symptoms for a few days, he did spend Saturday on a boat drinking in the hot sun, maybe that was enough to do this. I don't know. Any thoughts?
He is low risk, low 40s, in very good physical shape, no comorbidities. the question is start taking hcq regimen or wait and see if he actually gets a fever.
Take it. I would do the whole protocol with ivermectin and all and assume he has it. It seems like he'll ride it out fine, but why go through the hassle of a drawn out illness. One thing that Dr. McCullough emphasizes is that early treatment is essential. Symptoms often start off mild during the viral replication phase, so people do nothing, but that's a mistake. Once it gets past that point, it gets progressively worse. This is how they killed people early on in the pandemic. They offered no treatment and sent people home and told them to wait it out and come back if they have trouble breathing. By then it's too late and they stick them on a ventilator. Your friend is likely not at risk for this scenario, but he might feel like crap in a week or so and then make a bad decision out of fear. So take care of it now.
good call, if he doesn't feel improved tomorrow, I will bring him my hcq and azithromcin i got from AFDL, have him get some from AFDL and replenish my supply.
I don't have ivermectin, but when AFDL calls him tomorrow he can get that as well.
Azithromycin is an antibiotic and can probably be saved for if/when his symptoms get worse. I think doing the vitamins and adding quercetin/HCQ and/or ivermectin is good enough, unless he shows more serious symptoms.
makes sense, will be interested to hear what AFLD tells him, hopefully they call tomorrow. I got meds from them, but am not sick and got to take as needed for possible future infection.
Update Thanks for all the comments.
My friend said he is definitely improving this morning. Still sore, but can tell he is getting better. False alarm....fuckin fear porn, were his comments.
so he did not get tested, I told him to get the meds from AFDL just in case.
