I think there is a nuance here - banned entry into shopping malls, so depending where you live, if your grocery store is in the mall, then indirectly banned from groceries

It figures that it couldn't be an outright ban. The video clips I saw of people being forcibly turned away were at outside entrances to what looked like supermarkets however.
