With all of the theories going on about covid, I feel like nobody really knows the whole story. Wether or not covid is real, a guy like Joe would obviously be aware of Operation Lockstep, where they will release a real virus after people start letting their guard down about the less lethal or fake virus. He’s probably just being on the safe side
