I have never met or know of anyone who goes and votes and only votes down ballot and not for the President. That doesn't even make sense.

"I'm going to go vote today. Going to vote all R's, but fuck that Trump guy" said no one ever.

I just emailed him. I'll get some kind of response back in a few days and will post it if its from him and not one of his staff.
