When basic and normally inconsequential school records like facility maintenance logs, trash collection schedules, etc were all classified by the FBI its pretty clear that was a coverup attempt.
Why do this otherwise? It was an unused fake school. The entire community of course was aware (how could you not be if you live in the area) and have been threatened and bribed into staying silent.
