It would be absolutely catastrophic, not just for "entertainment" purposes. There's a myriad of layers of society that would be impacted:
What vulnerabilities does a blackout expose? What systems are dependant on communication with one another? What power/public utilities have a requirement for internet connectivity? Is there impact to water, road/traffic, and other utilities?
Was air travel grounded when an airline was hacked?
Did gas stop flowing in the pipelines when the pipeline was hacked? What was the local economic impact?
Did the hospitals have to wheel patients to other wards or hospitals when they were ransomwared? What does that reveal about the isolated nature of computer dependency?
What happened when Garmin was hacked? How did that impact smaller flights and local municipalities that depend on small flights, such as villages out in Alaska? What about gps services for other flights and air traffic control for commerical airlines?
Not only that, but what Deadman switches are lost with a blackout?
What other daily services are impacted?
Medical records, including transfers, important results, testing, etc would be delayed at bridgeheads. Procedures would be delayed. Remember how COVID delayed life saving procedures last year. It would be even worse without the ability to gain records, results, and digitally signed approvals.
Credit/debit transactions are also lost.
Investing services take a huge, catastrophic impact. All US markets are impacted heavility. Critical impact.
US military monitoring services delayed or down.
Absolutey catastrophe.
Before you go preaching on the virtues of life before the internet or having systems in the analog era, life as we know it has been modernized, and regardless of personal opinions a total internet blackout wouldn't mean parents wearily glancing out the front doors, taken aback by direct sunlight they haven't seen in 15 years while suddenly kids are once again playing in the street while neighborhoods once again begin waving American flags...
There would be massive impact to every single layer of society. There is a reason Space Force was created by Trump: a negative impact to America's communication systems would bring our economy, military, and daily life down not just to our knees but flat onto our faces.
It would be so funny if the internet did black out for 10 days. We would be the only ones happy about it.

The cabal would not care, but we should
