I’d asked the same question about killing all compliant people.

One theory is this vax is for a FUTURE plague that actually DOES kill people. It makes perfect sense. Make it an easy decision to refuse an experimental vax for a virus with a 99% survival rate.

THEN you release an actual deadly plague and the non jabbed start dropping like flies and nobody bats an eye because they never took the vax.
