I know that we are supposed to use zinc, vitamin C, D3, and quercetin, but has anyone got a suggestion as an alternative for NAC? I found out the hard way that my body does not like it, but want to keep up my immune system.
Also, I haven’t started quercetin but was wondering if there are any drug interactions (my doctor would have no idea)?

Elderberry syrup, tablets, gummies, or the fruit itself.
I use elderberry too. Gummies taste great but 'melt'. Ever try elderberry syrup on pancakes and french toast, on warm muffins?
I think Dr. Martenson on Peak Prosperity said elderberry was one of his primary go to’s for colds and flu, but not for Covid as it can cause a cytokine storm and get you really sick
