I believe a broken ice cream machine means a cell of false flag actors has been made inoperative. (Ice cream=information that must be used before it melts.) It is made of milk, ( milking someone or thing for information.) A machine could mean a cell. See the link I posted for decoding comms.

So true. Q has posted something to the effect that the bad guys communicate with each other in plain sight. Under the radar,so to speak.
