When did using particular name, in effect labeling all those named Karen, become a patriotic act? Does anyone else feel that this is detrimental to those named Karen (or other name) who do not fit the criteria of negativity being attached to the name?
Now, no one will know who this individual really is and she will go unpunished... is this the intent? Now, every person named Karen who is not of this character will endure punishment for her ignorance. Is this the intent?
I am appalled, and ashamed to know that patriots are taking part in this initiative. I thought we were all above this type of behavior!
And no... I am not WOKE! I am an American Patriot that is capable of showing empathy to others.
Sounds "woke". Don't worry about the "political correctness" of people's slang. We don't need thought police to tell us how to speak and think. I see lots of stuff I don't like, and I just scroll by it without injecting my program for how others are allowed to discuss it.
So what is your first name? The first name of one of your children? I am curious to know after your name, or your child's name is being used in the same context, if you would feel differently, have a different opinion.
Will it make people look at you differently when you introduce yourself, hesitate when doing business with you? Will people begin to treat you like you are a racist, a criminal, a generally bad person?
I am sure that you won't provide me the name...
You have zero empathy for others....
You are a perpetuator of liberal nonsense you claim to fight against!
Liberal nonsense: "C'mon guys! Don't say 'Karen' anymore! What if, like, somebody named karen doesn't like it? C'mon guys! OMG, guys! Did somebody just say 'datefagging'? You can't say the F word, guys! What if it makes somebody feel bad! C'mon guys! I'm so serious!"
My empathy is for people who desire to speak and make jokes and express themselves without a self-appointed, self-satisfied scold coming out of the woodwork to make themselves feel superior by controlling how others discourse.
Your lack of empathy does show who you really are and what you are capable of...
I am sorry you have lived a life that has made you incapable of being a nice person...
Maybe you will find it in your heart to not jump in and grab a stone when you see that person on the street being stoned to death.... in the name of anti-woke-ism!
You can spare me the lecture. My name is Richard, but my friends and clients call me Dick. You will be relieved to know, that I have somehow managed to survive just fine. GROW UP.
That explains the lack of empathy for others... just to let you know... I have empathy for you and others named Richard or Dick and do not use that term ....
I know that you might have been a nicer more empathetic person had you not had to endure that situation...
Lack of empathy for others and especially oneself is an effect of antiwoke-ism.
A lack of empathy does show who you really are and what you are capable of...
I do still feel bad for others who have lived a life that has made them incapable of being a nice person...
Wondering how many people who think this type of behavior is justified would jump in and grab a stone when they see that person on the street being stoned to death.... in the name of antiwoke-ism!

Great excuse by the way!

I get it!
Life is going to be hard when you get out of junior high
My wife's name is Karen and she uses it too.
