According to reports, one of the men, not the parent of the child, brought flex cuffs and was looking to make a citizens arrest if the child was not allowed to resume normal school and claimed the quarantine was illegal.
Arizona police arrested Rishi Rambaran, 40, for trespassing.

A person commits criminal trespassing in the third degree when a person:
Enters or remains unlawfully on any real property after the owner or any other person with lawful control over the property has asked you to leave.
Duct tape will solve that. And, since we are now obliged to wear masks, they don't know who did it. I'm not suggesting violence at all. Just a hint of what might happen is often enough to persuade people.
