This shit is creating extra hurdles for us as parents. We really need to nurture trust between us and our kids right now because they are being attacked on all fronts. Many of the attackers would paint us as enemies, behind our backs, planting seeds of doubt in their minds that mom or dad knows what they're talking about. We can explain things to our kids, but if they don't trust us, it will make it harder for our words to have meaning. I am a single father of four, we haven't seen their mother for 3 years now, and I am struggling to keep them from slipping into this fear that is attempting to warp them. Keeping our trust, and calling it up when needed, is the main weapon that has helped me and them of late. This attack and propaganda..... It pisses me off so much!
