Once a week Covid tests where they do the swabbing... Is this as bad as the vax or just as invasive my health... What the concensus?

Refuse.
Swab for what? PCR? PCR is worthless. Proves nothing.
99.9% survival rate for anyone who gets the Covid, unless they are over 70 years old and live in a nursing home.
Company has ZERO LIABILITY if someone gets sick with Covid at work and has problems or dies. WHY? Because NOBODY CAN PROVE IN COURT that they got sick at work. ZERO LIABILITY, therefore, if they do NOT go through with this outrageous con job. They only have liability if they DO go through with it.
Tell them to explain HOW THEY HAVE ANY LIABILITY for anyone at work getting Covid. If they even bother to respond, tell them to explain how anyone could PROVE IN COURT that they got it at work. Even the dullest bulb in the legal department should be able to put 2 and 2 together on that one.
If you want to have some fun (don't know if you do), tell the legal department that the company has attempted to unilaterally amend your employment agreement, rendering it a unilataral contract of adhesion, in which case the company cannot sue you for specific performance if you refuse, and firing you over it would be deemed a criminal act of coersion.
Will make their heads explode. If they ask you to expand on what you mean, just tell them to re-read what you told them. You will stick out like a sore thumb if you do it, though.
Personally, I would not only do that, but I would ask them what the swab is to be used for. When they say a PCR test, I would tell them to provide me with a scientific paper that proves that the PCR is a diagnostic tool, since the inventor of it (who won a Nobel Prize for inventing it) said it can never be used as a diagnostic tool.
FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE!
I took a screenshot of this!! I know about the vax but this sounds like a whole new playground for them. These people are ate up with this. Thank you fren for your detailed response!
