I actually plan on keeping my house , I’ll rent two of the bedrooms out to traveling nurses who pay 1200 to 1500 a month for furnished rooms , two nurses will pay my mortgage and bills, utilities water , WiFi, it will be a wash ...I’m getting small RV in November ..my plan is to work 1 week a month ..all house bills will be paid from renting rooms so I’ll work one week a month which will cover my traveling expenses for 3 weeks. I want to find little normal nitches in America and just settle in quiet wooded places for a few days here and there.
