Do you have a source with more specific details on what they're funding and the $$$ amounts? By far, the largest source of funding would be through taxes, since the CDC is the intermediary between legislated monies and states/cities.

I posted they're financial form link months ago. Thread slid and looking back at it everyone's comments are deleted except mine....unless you can't see them. It's only 8 or so posts back of mine.
