I made it and keep a bootle of it in the fridge. It is quite good with CO2 water.
Good to know. I have not actually made it yet.
This recipe says use enough water to cover the rinds by three inches. Can you quantify how much water you used? 3 inches above the rinds is a bit arbitrary. Also, if simmering for 2 hours, how much liquid is actually left? I just want to be sure I get the recipe correct. Thanks.
