Insane amount of open job positions in the Michigan health care industry

Go on Indeed or LinkedIn. Look at the number of positions open in hospitals and clinics. While on the job hunt yesterday (I live in Michigan) I would estimate at least half of the jobs posted were for the health care industry. They were equaling the unskilled labor jobs like Wal-Mart and O'Reilly Auto Parts. Exactly how many people were fired or quit in the Michigan health care industry this past month?

My sister said today that she'll never reenter the health care industry. She's taken time of to raise her kids and now she'll never return.
