My Hellcat was tuned to run E85. E85 makes more horsepower than 93 octane fuel. If you're vehicles ECM is not tuned to run E85, yes it is trash. Downside to E85 is fuel economy. I always thought bad about E85 until I did some research. It does have it's applications. The ethanol free gasoline is a must for small engines like chainsaws and weed eaters etc. The ethanol will eventually break down any rubber and seals after sitting.
