Nice quip, but you make a point. We oughtn’t seek personal profit through prayer, (unless we’re satanic, that’s his specialty) we properly seek the means and strength to execute God’s will, which may well include a lottery win, or better yet a prison term. One can only hope. Swear yourself to service of God’s will, with all mind, heart, and body, and see what happens. It will be a surprise, at least it was for me, and anybody else I ever heard of who dared. It’s not a casual choice, but it worked out well for me. I worry for nothing. Fearlessness is the biggest reward. It’s been worth it, imho. May your journey be blessed, everyone.
