To me it looks like it's fine on the quercetin but light on the zinc. Also, zinc is supposed to have a little copper with it for optimal effect so I would suggest looking for a zinc with copper next time you order. And Vitamin D should be accompanied by K2 for maximum benefit.

there tends to excess copper in the environment right now, not likely you need to add.
