Question. I am taking Quercentin ZINC: 2 caps a day ( cant take at night due to RLS) recommends 2 morn , 2 night. should I also take additional zinc and vit D since I half to cut dose? You people do realise covid stands for certificate of vaccination identity document ? That covid is a string of computer coding? Not anything? Viruses exist in the body inert..no digestive system cannot exist outside the body ..that's it a scam? That all viruses are scams like ebola aids etc? Watch video online brandnew tube why you can't catch a virus ..or the Bernician the deception of virology. There is no reason to be taking massive doses of anything. Vitamins d3 and K2 and some bit c at times is all you need in the winter when sun not providing vitamin d etc
