My kid kept telling me the nobel prize wasn't actually for Ivermectin, so I finally looked it up, and they were right:

The bioactive agent was purified and named Avermectin, which was subsequently chemically modified to a more effective compound called Ivermectin. Ivermectin was later tested in humans with parasitic infections and effectively killed parasite larvae (microfilaria) (Figure 3).

It's ridiculous the lengths the MSM will go to argue against Ivermectin, it really makes you confident it's the right way to go.
