Poor guy has a potato to record with. Did I see 3rd ID patches on some of the conex's?

Which way was the train heading? Kind of weird since I think the major Army tank units are more central or southern part of the US so even if they are heading out to Ft. Irwin for training, going through North Dakota is a bit out of the way.
