I was surprised that in a democracy, there are people who expect everyone to have the same ideas and values.

Personal justice does not take precedence over the Constitution. Personal affection does not take precedence over the Constitution.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that they take precedence over the right to liberty.

(This is a common agenda in the fight over vaccines.)

Has freedom become just a casual fashion?
