he should have gotten monoclonal antibodies, that needs to be given early in treatment and it's the CDC treatment protocol. make them aware.
next get them this FLCCC protocol for ICU (Ivermectin is part of it) and ask which critical care doctors are familiar with these therapeutic guidelines: https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/math-plus-protocol/
as for the remdesivir, push for the FLCCC protocol first, then note the remdesivir is not part of that plan and you understand it's very hard on the kidneys and would rather he not be given that.
if they push back that it's the guideline, say you didn't offer him monoclonal antibodies when he came in (because they probably didn't) and that's the CDC guideline too so obviously there's some flexibility.
