This is the same group-based thinking that gives us "white privilege" and other gems of stupidity. There are plenty of hard-working boomers who were literally the salt of the earth people, raised right, and lived good and decent lives. They don't deserve the blame for what hippies, spoiled rich kids, and various other actually guilty people have done. Blame the individuals responsible. There is no collective guilt.
