This guy doesn't provide any specific details, he just gives today as a date and says

The military is on high alert (and not actually raising any threat levels) and being tested and not being told why. They not even being told its a drill in most cases, I dont know what it is but it isn't anything good. The smartest and most prepared people I know are bugging out to their bunkers right now. Wish I knew why but I don't. Just trying to warn you something put of the ordinary is happening.

He swears he has access to this intel and is risking his livelihood to tell us... so, idk

What gives credence is that he isn't saying in a week. He is saying today, so he can be proven right or wrong very fast
