My company did this - they still are but it hasnt been getting people running to get jabbed. They are pitting our 3 locations against each other in a race - my location (TX) is trailing by far compared to CA and NY.

They would announce the winners and I told our GC - isnt this a ADA/HIPPA violation? I now know medical history of my co-workers without their consent and she agreed and they stop announcing the winners and now people think its a 'scam' because they arent announcing winners so people arent signing up as fast.
