Many of the mice tested with the vaccine tech developed encephalitis. The vaccine triggered ADE and infected the spinal fluid, and maybe the brain, by the olfactory nerve. An engineered virus did this so yeah... I wouldn't be surprised by anything we see from the vaccinated.
