A nose spray with saline and xylitol is not going to kill a coronavirus - even one that isn't COVID. It also isn't going to kill it within the body, within 20 mins.

This isn't how a virus works. Saying "hey if you can't get Ivermectin, try saline water out, it will totally do the same job".

It's pedaling bullshit.
