Anyone have any experience with monoclonal antibody infusion?

I got the coof on Monday, symotoms, some of my wife's friends are telling her I should get antibody treatment. saying it cant hurt. They say many seem to be doing okay then take a turn. Any thoughts.

I am currently taking hcq, azithromycin, zimc ,c and D.

I know I dont trust the tests, but my son got sick with a fever a few days before I did. It is not just a cold. we both thested positive the other 3 in fam negative.
