I think if the NWO crashes all the world economies such that it causes massive hyperinflation that affects the cost of computing and access to the internet, and once they have taken over most of the world, they can then say that people have to take a tattoo after being vaccinated, but the tattoo will have some insignia on it which aligns them with the beast/devil.
