Biden's 6 point plan to take over the world or " get the pandemic plan under control" made me take a step that I didn't think I would. I sent an email to the ACLU in Ohio to ask if they are starting a class action lawsuit on behalf of myself. The issues I cited was 1. My medical freedom of choice 2. Lose of a job because my employer has over 500 people and I will not take it nor do weekly testing 3. I do not give consent to give out my personal health information according to HIPPA regulations 4. I do not live in fear and take my personal health and my immunity a high priority that while I work in the general public, I have NOT been ill one day. Maybe if each of us contact our state's ACLU, we can get a class action lawsuit going.

I was going to say this, the ACLU is just another arm of corruption and power. They are not our allies, and will not help.
I also believe that BUT, what a better way to show those Liberals who are ALL ABOUT RIGHTS, prove if they won't take on a case for my liberties. Considering they are a non-profit who has a budget of 300 million, they should be representing me. I have also reached out to my Union, who is well aware of my stance on this as well as many in my company. I also sent an email to a Civil Rights attorney - I am at least being proactive and making noise.
All unions should be ready to call a general strike over this, If they don't fight for the workers and side with the company, what good are they.
I hate to break it to you, but the unions sleep in the same bed. And there wouldn't be anything to show them, they don't care, they've checked out. The only way it'll get to them is if the case makes it to national TV...sadly they probably won't even acknowledge requests like this.
I'm not trying to deter your fight, I'm grateful of it. I just don't want you to waste your time and energy on groups that have proven to hate us.
Big Mike - no deterrent - I am a dues paying member who has a voice and I will use it. The way it is going, I will have lots of time and energy on my hands if Biden mandates this crap
