I know these mandates are new, but are there any sources out there for guidance?

bless you for being a great patriot employer. did biden say the penalties for companies or have you heard of any you would face??? this is illegal as fuck! find a based lawyer i'd say at least to be ready. I'm sure you obviously have legal but are they on your side in the end? You can fight back!!
