I'm an employer with over 100 employees. What do I do?

I know these mandates are new, but are there any sources out there for guidance?

I didn’t read all 90 comments, not sure if already suggested, but I wonder if you could 1099 a big chunk as independent contractors so they would no longer count as employees. (If they aren’t dependent on company benefits programs)
