A family member works for a national chain retailer and has had mini strokes so there is no way in hell he can allow that needle near him!

Medical exemptions are going to get more scarce as time goes on. They’re now threatening Doctors that don’t tow the corporate line with regard to vaccine. You’ll be hard pressed to find a Dr that is willing to put their license on the line to write a medical exemption:
“The evidence that we have safe, effective, and widely available vaccines against COVID-19 is overwhelming. We are particularly concerned about physicians who use their authority to denigrate vaccination at a time when vaccines continue to demonstrate excellent effectiveness against severe illness, hospitalization, and death.”

yes, CA already experienced MD witch-hunt after vaccine mandate for K-12. They stripped everyone off their licenses or put them on probation at best. It will be mission impossible to find one and even if they do - it still can be challenged by employer according to CDC guidelines.

Very doubtful. They only do that when there is a 5-6 figure payday. It may come to that eventually but I’d guess now they’d be very skeptical of these types of cases.
Many attorneys will only do this type of case if they’re absolutely positive they will win.

Medical Exemptions are provided by doctors. Good luck finding one though and good luck being approved by employer. Medical Board just announced that they will be stripping off licenses if MDs speak against vaccines and the only contraindications CDC lists are allergies to specific ingredients in vaccines for which you need to be tested first. Good luck finding the full list of ingredients though and good luck finding lab that does testing on all of them. It is literally mission impossible. But good luck nevertheless.
