Of course they are. Q or no Q, the DS is desperate. The Afghanistan disaster just cost Biden enough popularity points he would likely be in the high 30s by next week without the C19 mandates. With the mandates, he's most likely trying to provoke a violent right wing response or has a false flag lined up.

Biden has been a total disaster for the democrats. His falling popularity cost him several votes in the senate for that $3.5T spending bill as well as for HR1 and HR4. Despite their control of the house, senate, and presidency, I don't think they've gotten a single piece of legislation through the process yet this year and aren't likely to at all.

There comes a point where even all the election fraud stops working, where even the popular talking heads won't support him. He's there. This mandate is a desperation move.
