personally I had IBS and adrenal exhaustion/depression and now its all cured just by studying his protocol of eating raw meat. I drink 6 gallons of raw milk per week and eat raw chicken or raw porc I just cut it and eat it it tastes amazing once you get used to the taste and its so health giving you can eat a pound of it and just get up and go to work not like cooked food that deprive your body of nutrients everytime u eat it. In reality raw food the more you eat the better you feel at one point ur body just regulates how much u want to eat, people are conditioned to like processed food and the taste but once you switch processed food become pretty much unpalatable. Everytime you eat two raw meal you remove the toxicity of one cooked one he says and eventually after 7 years of changing ur cells u become totally refreshed and after 7 generations of that you remove all the toxicity remaining in the cells so after half a century you become like a super human as athletic than any olympian you can remove all vaccine toxicty etc eventually and then you are incredibly strong. in the 70s he found records that showed tribes who ate raw meat and dairy ONLY lived to be 150 on average so yes I believe it.
