They didn’t even mention the testing option. I am going to wait them out as long as I can but it’s not looking good.

And so you have a decision to make. Others will tell you that you must refuse in order to help the fight. I will say it depends on your personal situation. I will never get the jab, but my employer doesn't have 100 employees, and don't foresee them mandating it.
